There are two terminals at Toronto airport 1 and 3 that are grouped according to airlines and their alliance networks as opposed to domestic and international routes. Toronto Airport prides itself on being fully accessible and offering a wide range of services, including two interfaith ministry areas, concierge and banking services, luggage and coat storage, as well as free baggage carts and wi-fi. One of the more unique services at Toronto Pearson is Skyhealth Express , a full-service medical clinic located in Terminal 1 pre-security.

Here, doctors and nurses see patients with or without an appointment for primary health services, including those related to travel. Adjacent to the clinic is Skyhealth Pharmacy where you can get prescriptions filled or purchase over-the-counter medication, vitamins, snacks, drinks, beauty products and more. From fast food to upscale dining, you should have no problem finding the perfect spot to grab a pre-flight meal. If you need to pick up any last-minute travel items or are just looking to kill some time, explore the wide variety of shops sprinkled through both terminals or visit one of several spas for a quick massage, manicure or beauty treatment.

YYZ Toronto Airport Hotel - Park Sleep Fly Hotels
I have never flown out of Pearson before, so I'm not sure where to park. I've found a handful of companies with lots, but I don't know which are reputable. Any advice? If you do a search for for those lot names in the search box above, you'll find numerous threads. The others are private companies. Personally I always use Park n Fly - go to their website, plug in your parking dates and print off the discount rate they give you. Take the print out with you and use it when leaving the lot. But do note - like airlines , everyone has their favorite lot and everyone has had a problem.
If you are overnighting before you go many of the airport hotels offer parking and shuttle service, and it can often be as good or better a deal than even offsite parking.

In both cases you can go to their websites, plug in your travel dates and times and get a quotation. Airport parking you can pay in advance, pint out the receipt with the barcode and use that to scan in and out of the parking. On Park'n Fly, you enter the dates and times, get the quotation, if you are going to use them print the coupon and use that in the machine when you take the car out at the end of your trip. I recommend that you use the self-park at Park'N Fly and not the valet parking service.
As mentioned by NickB, if you are staying overnight at one of the airport hotels before your flight , many of them also offer free parking packages included in the rate, typically for 1 or 2 weeks.

We tend to use the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, which has the added bonus of being directly attached to Terminal 3. The Sheraton Gateway offers both 1-week and 2-week parking packages in the covered Terminal 3 parking garage - very convenient. Our flight isn't until pm on a Wednesday night, so I fear that staying at a hotel the night before would leave us with 3 or 4 hours of time unaccounted for with our luggage. I looked up the cheapest option Direct Airport Parking on this forum and found some unsightly reviews. Granted, sometimes people have unrealistic expectations But for the difference of 20 to 30 dollars, Park N Fly or just using the airport's parking seem like reasonable options.
